Liability

I am not responsible for any injury you may have when in costume due to lack of vision, mobility, or construction. This includes and is not limited to:
heat stroke, falling, tripping, etc.

It is your job to ensure that you have a handler or spotter to look out for you and help you through crowded areas. It is also important to take frequent breaks out of costume for water and fresh air. Use caution and know your limits involving heat and vision.

Allergies

I have two cats. I try my best to keep them off of fur during costume construction, but even if you leave the room for a second you could come back to them both laying on it! If you have extreme allergies I'm unfortunately not the maker for you.

Quotes & Deposit

Please see my prices page before inquiring about quotes, and please only inquire if you're ready to pay the 30% down payment.

After receiving a quote, a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made to reserve your commission slot.

Payments

I will take reasonable payment plans, provided you contact me beforehand to make arrangements. 

I use Square as my main form of payment method.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping is not included in the original quote and will be calculated for the customer upon completion. International customers must pay all customs fees and/or taxes on their costumes. Packages will have an extra fee added onto shipping to cover the cost of shipping materials.

Measurements and Duct Tape Dummies

I must have a duct tape dummy (DTD) from you if you're ordering arm sleeves, a half suit or fullsuit.

Reference Art

A reference sheet for characters is preferred but not required. If you have a well-written description of what you're looking for, I will do my best to create the piece. However, any piece that does not have reference art will be subject to artistic liberty decisions as I see fit.

Cancellations & Refunds

I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission for any reason. If a customer cancels halfway through the construction process for whatever reason, I will refund any balance paid minus the 30% retainer fee (this fee is used to purchase all materials required for your specific costume).
The costume will then be finished with an altered design and sold.

There are no refunds after the final product has been completed and approved by the commissioner.
